Members can use their plans in just three easy steps
Once they have joined the plan and received their membership kit, your customers can follow these directions and start using their membership cards immediately! Some discounts will have specific directions on how to use. Ask your customers to review their membership kits for details.
Step 1
Ask your customers to keep their membership cards with them at all times to easily present at provider locations. They must present their membership card at the time of service to receive a discount. If they lose their membership card, they can log in to the MEMBER PORTAL to request a new membership card, as well as to view their plan information, find a provider and more.
Step 2
To locate and verify participating providers, members may call Member Services at (800) 290-0523 or use the PROVIDER SEARCH tool. When caling to schedule an appointment, members may refer to their membership cards for proper network identification.
Step 3
Members are responsible for paying their providers the entire discounted fee at the time services are performed.
